STEPS:
1. Remove the shutters from the structure by unscrewing or gently prying away the tabs that secure the shutters to the exterior wall. Be cautious of hidden wasp nests in the warm summer months. If any of the tabs break, new tabs are sold in individual packs at any home improvement store.
