STEPS:
1. Remove the base from the wine glass. Pour paint into a plastic container. Dip the bottom into the paint. Repeat until thoroughly coated. Place on wax paper and allow to dry completely.
2. Meanwhile, cut twine and tie in a knot onto the stem of the wine glass. Tie into a tight knot. Wrap the twine once and tie again. Secure with a drop of hot glue. Assemble the glass by attaching the base to the stem.
